At Brazanova, our passadores (meat servers) continuously circulate with various types of meat. You can indicate whether you'd like them to stop at your table using the red/green card system. Additionally, there's a buffet in the restaurant with fresh starters and side dishes, both hot and cold, available for you to enjoy at your leisure. The buffet is also highly varied for vegetarians.
